Returns-Order Cancellation

Make your return within 14 days from the day you received your order.
In order to make the return, it is essential that the product be in perfect condition with the special bookmarks (tabs),
the receipt of the order and the special return form.

To exchange with the same or another product through our online store.
Make your exchange at e-
shop if you made your original purchase there.

You have the possibility to send your package back with any carrier you wish as the burden is yours.

*To reserve/reserve the product with which you wish to exchange, you will need to place a new order following the same procedure as a normal cash on delivery order just to deduct the amount/balance resulting from the returns your items,

To inform you that, the final amount with the credit will not be shown to you automatically when you place your order, it will be deducted from our account after processing your return .

You must send the product in the perfect condition in which you received it, i.e. without tampering with its packaging and confirming that the product’s special markings have not been removed. In addition, you must send us the retail receipt together with the product.

In case you want to return products that presented a problem in their operation, then the product is returned and our team will contact you and inform you about the repair process of the specific product or its replacement – ​​if it is not repaired
